THE WORKSHOP

We are so glad you found us! Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to Pilates, there is a home for you in this studio.

The Workshop has two locations and offers four different class types, as well as separate rooms for Private sessions and Semi Private sessions. Classes and Private sessions are reasonably priced without sacrificing quality.

If you are brand new to Pilates, you have come to the right spot. We offer longer introductory sessions that include some time for us to sit down and chat.

If you are recovering from an injury or need special attention, we will make sure that you are getting what you need through customized programs and one-on-one attention in a quiet space.

TEACHER
TRAINING

Our Comprehensive Teacher Training program has been designed to bring you both Classical and Contemporary exercises on a mix of traditional Pilates equipment: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, High/Ladder Barrel, and Magic Circle.

Our McCormick Ranch Studio is located in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ in the McCormick Ranch neighborhood, on the Northwest corner of Via De Ventura and Hayden.

VISIT OUR NORTH SCOTTSDALE STUDIO

Our North Scottsdale Studio is located just north of the 101, in the DC Ranch neighborhood. You can find us on the corner of Pima and Legacy in the AJ's center next to the UPS store.
