FAQ

Questions?

What’s the difference between Heated Mat and Heated Mat + Flow?

Heated Mat + Flow blends Pilates-based strength work with yoga-inspired flows. It’s slower-paced than our standard Heated Mat class, with a focus on breath, mobility, and fluid transitions.

Do I need yoga or Pilates experience?

Not at all. This class is accessible to all levels. If you're new to either practice, just let your instructor know and they’ll guide you with clear cues and options to modify as needed.

Is the room as hot as regular Heated Mat?

Yes - the room is heated to 105°F using infrared heat. It’s warm, detoxifying, and designed to help your body move more freely.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear lightweight, breathable workout clothing. Bring a water bottle, and we’ll provide your mat, towel, and hand towel. Earplugs are available if you're sensitive to music or sound.

What kind of movement can I expect?

You'll flow through sequences that emphasize strength, flexibility, balance, and control. Expect to move with intention, linking breath to movement, with time for both effort and release.

How often should I take this class?

1–3 times a week is a great way to complement strength training, relieve tension, and stay mobile and centered.

How can I book a class?

Reserve your spot online or through Workshop app. Heated Mat + Flow is a favorite for recovery days and stress relief so we recommend signing up early!
