MOVE + JUMPBOARD takes our signature Reformer class to the next level with a burst of cardio and endurance training. Using the jumpboard, this class adds low-impact, heart-pumping intervals that challenge your coordination, endurance, and lower body strength.

Expect all the core-focused, full-body work you love - plus a little cardio. It’s the perfect blend of strength, control, and just the right amount of spice.

What is MOVE + JUMPBOARD?

This class combines our signature Reformer workout with jumpboard intervals for a fun, cardio-forward twist. It’s low-impact, high-energy, and designed to boost endurance, coordination, and lower body strength without stressing your joints.

Is this class beginner-friendly?

Yes! While the pace can be challenging, instructors will guide you through jumpboard setup and offer modifications for all levels. It’s a great way to introduce cardio into your Pilates practice.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just grip socks and water. All equipment, including the jumpboard and props, is provided.

Can I take this class if I’m pregnant?

In most cases, we recommend skipping jumpboard work during pregnancy due to the impact and positioning. However, your instructor can offer alternative movements and modifications to keep you moving safely - just let us know before class.

What are the benefits of jumpboard work?

It adds a cardio element to your Pilates practice, helps improve bone density, strengthens the legs and glutes, and supports coordination and endurance while staying low-impact.

How often should I take MOVE + JUMPBOARD?

1–3 times per week is a great way to complement strength-based classes and add variety to your Reformer routine.
